We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts, product details, and order information carefully before completing a purchase.
That said, excellence and integrity remain at the heart of what we do. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@faithmode.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
