To preserve the integrity of the fabric, print quality, dye finish, and overall structure of the garment, we strongly recommend treating every piece with exceptional care.

Whenever possible:

• Hand wash gently in cold water
• Hang dry or air dry only
• Avoid harsh detergents or bleach
• Wash garments inside out
• Avoid excessive friction or agitation

Proper care helps maintain the premium feel, fit, color depth, and longevity of your garment over time.

🌀 If Using Washing Machines or Dryers

While machine washing is not recommended for premium apparel, if necessary:

• Wash cold only
• Use low agitation / delicate cycle
• Wash with like colors
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Use mild detergent only
• Tumble dry low heat only if absolutely necessary
• Avoid high heat at all costs

High heat and aggressive washing cycles can damage premium fabrics, embroidery, prints, and garment structure.

Faith Mode ships with care, precision, and purpose—just like we craft our garments.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order they’re received. Please allow 2–7 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be prepared and shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once processed, orders typically take 5–8 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Total turnaround time from placing your order to delivery is generally 8–11 days.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow it every step of the way.

IMPORTANT: ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund. Customers are responsible for any re-shipping fees due to address errors.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts, product details, and order information carefully before completing a purchase.

That said, excellence and integrity remain at the heart of what we do. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@faithmode.com, with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
