We strongly recommend handwashing and hang-drying whenever possible. This will preserve the integrity of our embroidery, dye finishes, and tailored construction—especially for:

If handwashing isn't possible, use this method for most shirts and tops:

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
• Use gentle detergent and non-chlorine bleach only
• Tumble dry low heat

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order they’re received. Please allow 2–7 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Every item is handled with excellence—we won’t rush what should be done right.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once processed, orders typically take 5–8 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Total turnaround time from placing your order to delivery is generally 8–11 days.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow it every step of the way.

IMPORTANT: ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and cannot be recovered, we cannot issue a refund. Customers are responsible for any re-shipping fees due to address errors.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received — tags intact and ready to be blessed by someone else.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely at our facility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Damages & Defects

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at faithmodeapparel@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you — no hassle, no hoops.
